1. To lead and manage Al Mal’s Investment Banking function by maximizing income based on financial advisory services related to Corporate Finance, private equity and transactions related advisory services on listing, valuations, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions as well as by assisting clients in listing themselves, raising funds from the markets and underwriting.
2. To strive to generate and secure management fees for the PE fund(s) managed by Al Mal.
