BASIC FUNCTION:
Advises, mentors, and transfers technology related to well construction engineering, technology and operations. Provides solutions to critical engineering and/or operational, project and planning problems. Keeps abreast of developments in the field of drilling and completions engineering and operations and ensures development and application of new technology. Coaches and guides staff in both the Technology Center and across the Business Unit (BU).
