This position is concerned with MIS & EDP Technologies, Planning, Implementing and managing software and hardware that will result in leading edge in customer service and company profitability
- Investigate resources within the IT department; Hardware, Software, Network and Personnel for maximum usage
- Establish IT master plan and strategy for the organization.
- Manage the development and implementation of new IT projects.
- Provide new IT solutions to enhance overall productivity of the company.
- Establishes MIS & EDP budgets in accordance within company requirements.
- Develop IT policies and procedures
- Manage the implementation of security and disaster recovery plans for IT activities
- Administer and establish career and training schedule for IT staff
- Co-ordinate with other directors in the organization to evaluate their IT needs and propose new solutions to answer these needs.
- Provide un-interrupted IT services to Contact Centre & POS on 24*7 bases.
- Ensure zero down time of data center & network facility
- Ensure that all new branches have appropriate IT support as per the business plan.
- Manage Outsourcing process for SAP application Software management and Contact Centre services.
- Ensure that IT maintenance support is provided to Head office and Area Managers and ultimately to all branches. Explore possibilities to outsourcing this role.
- Ensure network security & ministry guidelines to implement IT solution in the organization
- Responsible to manage in-house WEB development team and deliver web & mobile application as per business requirement.
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, delegate, and proactively resolve problems
- Proven skill in managing large IT infrastructure project with 200+ branch offices
- Manage software development team and ensures program changes as per company requirements
- Initiates security and network audits to ensure systems and networks’ integrity and security
- Build Business Continuity Plans and Disaster Management Plans.
