JOB PURPOSE
Ensure efficient and accurate scheduling and closing of installations
Maximize customer satisfaction by improving After-Sales services
Key Accountabilities
1.After-Sales installation billing and productivity
a) Monitor the installation plan provided by After-Sales Coordination Officer
b) Ensure the sufficiency and availability of all necessary resources on installation date.
c) Conduct customer site visits during product installations and in the event of customer complaints
d) Supervise the installation process at customer’s site and assure quality of service to ensure that installation process is completed within agreed service time and according to standard installation regulations
e) Conduct quality inspections as customer sites during and after installation to ensure that service and safety standards were followed
f) Follow up and verify customer sign-off for installations
g) Monitor the monthly billing variance from target billing
h) Produce monthly reports for billing, productivity and customer satisfaction for management review
2.Staff Management
a) manage the Installation teams related to the Category
b) Monitor team activities to ensure that service and safety standards are followed
c) Review and evaluate the performance of staff
d) Provide instructions to staff regarding improvements to After-Sales Services
