Store Operations:
- Follows policy and procedure for operational flow at each station.
- Follows standards for merchandising, stock rotation and storing of all products, maintaining professional presentation at all times, demonstrating clear communication in all customer and partner interactions.
- Prepares variety of Beverages (hot and cold) and retail selling of prepared foods and custom ordered items.
- Ensures that Beverages/foods are presented in a manner to generate the utmost eye appeal.
- Responds in a positive manner to customer inquiries.
