JOB DESCRIPTION:
Job Objective:
Responsible for sale of advertising space in the Magazines, accountable for attaining advertising sales goals, and responsible for coaching and managing Advertising Sales Team
Key Accountabilities:
• Work on accomplishing the goals and objectives of the commercial department and achieve the set sales target
• Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge
• Conduct weekly competitor monitoring through publications monitoring & reviews
• Daily Update on Database, and maintain an organized archive for all internal & external correspondences.
• Handle several accounts of advertising agencies and key clients
• Make proper presentation of the media he/she represents and accomplish all required activities of follow up to close sales deals
• Make proper after sales follow up and make sure the client is satisfied of the service
• Follow-up for collection of payment
• Work on increasing the number of clients by targeting new sectors and contacting new and potential clients.
• Suggest and plan special operations and creative ideas with the Commercial Manager
• Communicate regularly with Commercial Manager regarding questions, problems, and progress, and submit the required reports.
• Participate in Clients & agencies events such as launchings, exhibitions, and conferences.
• Establish a friendly and professional relationship with all the account handlers in the agencies and their clients & maintain a positive attitude with colleagues & other departments.
