Training Officer with Oil and Gas experience - Grupo Norconsulting SL

Training Officer Location - Kuwait

Experience : 8-10 yrs.

Candidate only with prior experience of working in Kuwait or Middle -East are required.

Experience of working in Oil & gas (midstream) industry is preferred.

Nationalization experience preferred.

Compensation band - 4200 - 5500 USD per month

Job Responsibilities -

The Training Officer shall liaise with the Company representative and be responsible for the following, together with any other necessary responsibilities:

- Training Need Identification & preparing detailed training programs for classroom, on-job & HSE trainings.

- Preparing the training calendar & supervising the trainings on a day to day basis.

- Maintaining the training MIS. - Conduct induction programmes - mass as well as individual

- Submitting a report upon completion of each phase of training for the Company’s review.

- Liaising with the Contractor’s home office government relations and personnel relations representatives for all matters relating to the arrival, stay and departure of the Company’s engineers for system training.

Key competencies : Need to have: - Presentation Skills & program delivery.

- Communication Skills - Analytical Skills - Creativity

- Knowledge of modes of training needs analysis

- Knowledge of various training methodologies

Nice to have:

- Prepare mechanisms for training feedback and effectiveness measurement mechanisms - Knowledge of sectoral business processes - Preparation of training MIS
