- Must have a minimum of 10 years experience in government tenders in Kuwait.
- Must be currently located in Kuwait.
- Must know all government tendering processes.
- Must have knowledge in heavy equipment and material handling equipment.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering required, NOT a diploma.
- Valid Kuwaiti driving license
- Fluent in both Arabic and English.
