The Finance Manager is responsible for planning, directing and controlling the financial, personnel and administrative functions of the Finance Department; managing the Budgeting process; Financial Analysis and Financial Reporting; Pricing and Cost Management, Resource Management, developing and implementing effective Internal Controls; monitoring the payroll process; Material Management; System Accounting, Internal and External Audit attendance, ensuring that the Accounting and Financial Reporting complies with the International Accounting Standards and Regulatory requirements of the local Government.
