An Insurance company in Kuwait is looking to hire a Medical & Life Manager
Responsibilities
To clearly follow the business development strategy of the company and hit pre-defined targets
To underwrite group life and group medical business for existing and new clients
Be active on the market to secure new business for the company from both direct and indirect channels partners
A high degree of technical knowledge of both life and medical underwriting on a group and individual basis with the ability to discuss these in depth with potential and existing clients
To look after and manage the relationship with Third Party Administrators as well as third party product providers
Policy, cover-note and documentation preparation where required
Structuring and negotiating third party agreements such as MoU’s and Service Level Agreements
A clear focus on customer retention and loyalty through first class products, service and competitive pricing to maximize revenue potential
Provide product and systems training to direct clients, brokers, agents, medical providers or staff if applicable and when required
To provide regular statistical analysis of the various portfolios to management and provide solutions to problems or under performance
