- To check, verify, and follow up on the company’s project reports
- To point out major deviations from budget, clearly indicate reasons if justified, and advise on the recommended actions relating to cash flows
- To ensure clean and consistent data and budgets are communicated for investor reporting
- To maintain data in an internal database and generate reports
- To collect, analyze and store information
- Provide in-depth information to other industry professionals by collecting and analyzing current market data and trends
- Generate reports using criteria such as property type, location, price, occupancy and lease rates
- Use intelligence to formulate development plans and recommendations
- Support supervisors by documenting meetings summaries
- Other duties as requested by direct supervisor
