• Manages and supervises support services (catering, security, cleaning, housekeeping, office services etc.) including production facilities.
• Oversees daily operations of support services provided.
• Responsible for all financial aspects of assigned operations
• Manages/supervises the set up of assigned successfully awarded projects
• Directs the catering staff to ensure high quality services are delivered to the client.
• Ensures that all jobsite and campsite procedures are strictly followed
• Performs all reporting and administrative duties accurately and in time.
• Informs the management of any prospect of activity development and any potential direct or indirect problem for the company
• Achieves financial and operational targets
• Regularly reviews the performance of all employees reporting to him and set targets.
• Creates and maintains high profit margins by maximizing revenue and minimizing costs without sacrificing excellent standards for both service and product
• Studies Monthly and daily financial reports with emphasis on all expenses
• Maintains low Expenses without sacrificing quality through effective labor management, cost and expense planning, inventory controls, and cost controls
• Enhances and maintains employee motivation, morale and enthusiasm by providing a safe work environment and employee incentives
• Maintains excellent service standards through effective and continuous employee training and education
• Recruits staff (both management and non-management) for current and operations based on organizational requirements, recruitment and staffing plans.
• Assesses current staffing requirements by continuous monitoring of employee productivity, efficiency, performance, work load etc.
• Maintains effective and efficient staffing levels based on assessments and recruiting/terminating as and when needed.
• Creates staffing/recruitment plans for current and new projects based on forecasted operational requirements.
• Continuously monitors management and staff performance through efficient employee evaluation systems and procedures.
• Creates and maintains an effective work force through detailed orientation programs and frequent training based on job specifications.
• Maintains a motivated, enthusiastic and professional work force through continuous encouragement, incentive programs and fair and effective disciplinary procedures.
• Maintains good personal/professional relations with the client and contractor representatives.
• Ensures that Hygiene and Sanitation standards are followed as per company recognized standards
• Ensures that Quality and Production standards are followed as per company recognized standards
• Manage Employees Job Orders and Appraise Staff and Team
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Country Manager
