Roles & Responsibilities:
• Follow up on the product creation with all concerned Departments with a view to set a high level of merchant service, which will give us the opportunity to achieve excellence on the local level.
• Liaise with the system designer to make any enhancements in the system so as to match with the requirements of the local market.
• Handle marketing & sales related to merchant service, which is the main target.
• Provide after sale service to fulfill Merchant’s requirements.
• Contacting the K-Net company (exclusive entity giving the service in Kuwait market) & CBK (which give us the Credit Cards service to our terminals).
• Prepare workflow with Call Center & the Branches to introduce the product for them & start given the service through these channels.
