1. Reviewing and recommending cost control system
2. Reviewing and recommending internal controls related to material
3. Pricing of new projects and review of existing projects to identify improvement opportunities
4. Costing of recipes and menus for new items as well as review of existing items on regular basis to identify improvement possibilities
5. Monitoring of ordering, purchasing, issuance & transfer of material to/from projects to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policy & procedures
6. Randomly checking stocks at project sites to minimize theft and pilferage
7. Preparing periodic flash reports for material consumption
8. Conducting month end inventory count and investigating reasons for variances
9. Preparing & analyzing consumption reports and reporting on quantity variances
10. Analyzing monthly purchases and reporting on price variances
11. Randomly checking cash balances at all locations
12. Other duties as may be assigned by the management related to control function with special emphasis on cost control
