A-Position Overview:
To provide support of financial and administrative activities related to Automotive Division Departments work such as budget planning and control, financial & monetary statements analysis and employee admin affairs to smooth the work flow & help for achieving the Division strategy & objectives.
B-Tasks and Responsibilities:
-Reconcile internal invoices and rental assets and accounts.
-Process internal material request, follow up until deliver the materials to the concerned location and invoice for local purchase for accounting.
-Prepare monthly Capex report.
-Maintain approved suppliers list.
