Develop the strategy to maximize sales, market share and profitability within the Pharmacy and Modern trade channels and across all operating categories.
Manage the major Key clients presentations and negotiations to ensure that investments requested are kept to minimum and to make sure that client satisfaction is maintained at all times.
Develop new merchandising schemes to maximize shelf space and in store presence.
Develop strategies to enhance the in store visibility.
Ensure that sales are maximized through acquiring new clients and by developing the business with the existing accounts through supporting off-take and introducing new items.
Responsible for the timely collection from all clients.
Devise efficient marketing campaigns and sponsorships with the key accounts to maximize off-take.
Responsible for the successful implementation of all marketing calendars and programs across the Pharmacies & MT outlets & chains.
Responsible to engage the marketing department to take corrective measures on the marketing strategy in light of new trends or competition activities.
Maintain accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted by Account Executives.
Control expenses to meet budget guidelines.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
Analyze market reports and retail audits to identify opportunities to develop the business.
Monitors consumer behavior and MT trends and keep management advised on the developments.
Provide timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
Develop monthly and other cyclical sales forecasts and coordinate with purchasing to ensure availability of required products.
Develop, coach and mentor the wholesale sales team.
Delegate authority and responsibility with accountability and follow-up.
Manage the individual team members' schedule, territory, time off and quota increase.

Interview, mentor and develop skills of sales associated to improve performance. .
