 Develop the strategy to maximize sales, market share and profitability within the Pharmacy and Modern trade channels and across all operating categories.
 Manage the major Key clients presentations and negotiations to ensure that investments requested are kept to minimum and to make sure that client satisfaction is maintained at all times.
 Develop new merchandising schemes to maximize shelf space and in store presence.
 Develop strategies to enhance the in store visibility.
 Ensure that sales are maximized through acquiring new clients and by developing the business with the existing accounts through supporting off-take and introducing new items.
 Responsible for the timely collection from all clients.
 Devise efficient marketing campaigns and sponsorships with the key accounts to maximize off-take.
 Responsible for the successful implementation of all marketing calendars and programs across the Pharmacies & MT outlets & chains.
 Responsible to engage the marketing department to take corrective measures on the marketing strategy in light of new trends or competition activities.
 Maintain accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted by Account Executives.
 Control expenses to meet budget guidelines.
 Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
 Analyze market reports and retail audits to identify opportunities to develop the business.
 Monitors consumer behavior and MT trends and keep management advised on the developments.
 Provide timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
 Develop monthly and other cyclical sales forecasts and coordinate with purchasing to ensure availability of required products.
 Develop, coach and mentor the wholesale sales team.
 Delegate authority and responsibility with accountability and follow-up.
 Manage the individual team members' schedule, territory, time off and quota increase.

 Interview, mentor and develop skills of sales associated to improve performance. .
 Responsible for all of the sales reports, reporting process and administrative duties.
