Runner/Steward - Old Diamond for General Trading & Contracting Co.

Runner:
•Assists the waitress in the service of food and beverage in accordance with the established company standards.
• aware of the Old Diamond standards.
•Counts and clean soiled linen.
•Cleans and replenishes client’s supplies.
•Polishes glassware, chinaware, cutlery etc.
•Helps in preparing mise-en-place and set up of the restaurant, as well as the side stations.
•Ensures personal grooming and uniform is to the required company standards.
•Complies with the health, safety, hygiene and fire policy.
•Keeps storerooms, pantries areas clean and tidy at all time.
•Ensures that service is up to the company set standards and is efficient in all areas.
•Participates in training sessions, briefing and meetings as required.
•Ensures that the checklists set by the supervisors/manager are followed on a day to day basis.
•Exercise all hygiene practices according to the company standard
•Handle with care the uniforms provided by the company and make sure not to be damaged.
•report for any loss / found any items inside the premises have to report to his concern reporting manager.
•Practice his/her duties and responsibilities according to the company policies and procedures.
•Exercising Kuwait Health Administration and follow Municipality guide lines.
•Performs related duties and special projects as assigned by the Management.
•Ensures to have proper communication regarding food orders.
•Monitoring delay in orders by communicating with the chef.
Steward:
•Cleaning the Kitchen equipment (Ovens, fridges, freezers, microwaves, hood, filters, sinks, shelves, fryers…)
•Cleaning the Front of House (Tables, corners, displays, Floor…)
•Cleaning and filling hand gel, soap dispenser and kitchen roll boxes.
•Emptying and cleaning garbage bin
•Applying high standards of personal appearance and hygiene are being applied as per Old Diamond Standards.
•Following the Organizational and departmental policies and procedures
•Performing other tasks or projects as assigned by his management.
•Having full knowledge of Old Diamond Standards.
•Exercise all hygiene practices according to the company standard
•Handle with care the uniforms provided by the company and make sure not to be damaged.
•Should report for any loss / found any items inside the premises have to report to his concern reporting manager.
•Practice his/her duties and responsibilities according to the company policies and procedures.
