Roles & Responsibilities:
• Maintain existing customers by providing all required support to them.
• Develop & increase the customer base through efficient volume sales activities, sales channels and telesales.
• Sustain close business relationships with the company customers.
• Visit & entertain company customers on regular basis to keep communication channels open efficient and effective.
• Present company services in a professional way.
• Improve the level of follow-ups with business customers on their proposal, quotations and service progression.
• Liaise with other departments in a professional way to maximize customer satisfaction & relationship.
• Follow up all company roles and regulations.
• Enroll in training programs to improve communication skills & technical background.
• Submit monthly reports on 28th of each month.
• Achieve sales target as per the company business plan.
• Liaison with other departments for day- to-day activities.
• To supervise and process any additional assignment given by the Management.
• To comply with ISO 9001 standards (QMS) guide lines.
