- Provide complete secretarial and administrative support services to lawyers for time management, correspondence drafting, follow-ups with other employees for information, follow-ups with external parties for information and meetings, etc..
- Provide a time management/dairy services for a legal affairs to ensure ability to attend all key meetings according to planned schedules and assist in optimizing use of time.
- Provide daily update on any critical events, emergencies in the department
- Provide complete correspondences services, routing correspondences as necessary and drafting replies where appropriate to ensure that all mails is dealt with efficiently (for both, parties within & outside )
- Establish and maintain records and filing systems
- Make travel arrangements for lawyers in a time-effective way, including booking itineraries/venues, visa, etc
- Follow-up with lawyers to seek update on ongoing internal initiatives, prepare summary reports and provide for updating
- Follow-up with companies or law firms, for meetings, information update, documents
- Maintain record filing systems
- Establish & Maintain Clients database & suite database.
- Follow-up and resolve with Legal Affairs department any queries/ complaints of its clients.
- Be updated on tools and software to manage information, prepare reports, etc
- Be aware on new initiatives, events, etc. in the office
- Receive and Response to Mail
- Review and Type documents, memos and correspondence
- Keep an appointment schedule for the Lawyers
- Schedule the Conference Room when needed with the receptionist
- Maintain supplies for the Lawyer’s office.
