The Role:
As a champion of the brand you will lead store teams to meet their targets, be responsible for all store and employee development including performance management, coaching and identifying development, and ensure high levels of customer service throughout. You will also actively contribute to the development of business initiatives including new stores and store closures.
Qualifications & Requirements:
You will have/be:
- The ability to lead a team of 100 or more individuals- An effective communicator- Excellent IT skills- A good understanding of servant leadership- An entrepreneurial spirit- Assertively engaged in career development for yourself and your staff- Respect and appreciation for a variety of cultures and nationalities- English skills essential (additionally, Arabic an advantage)- 3 years' store or multi-site experience (preferred)- New restaurant opening and training experience (desirable).
