Call Center outsourcing company that is looking to provide a state of the art services to the top companies in Kuwait looking for qualified Call Center team leader that will take on his shoulder the responsibility of the operation of his team in the call center. He will be reporting to Operation Manager and will have a team of required resources.
Duties
• Manage his team in the call Center
• Plan Schedule for his call center team.
• Have a backup plans for his team
• Ensure that his team reach the service level
• Do Quality check on team performance
• Do the documentation and manual for client.
• Follow up with the client
