Review, approve and process all architectural technical design submittal of the project. Conduct on-site observations and compliance checks if necessary. Carry out constructability review during the Design and Modification stages. Work on-site to resolve constructability issues and assist with the final inspection of the work is an alternative . Review and manage designs prepared by consultants / contractors, review site related issues, RFI's, Shop Drawings, Material submittal at each stage of the Design process to ensure completeness, correctness and compliance with the scope of work and agreement requirements. Evaluate technical submittals and prepare technical report. Contribute for preparing SOW / RFP for all type of Architectural works and provide advice as required. PMC, Consultants and Contractor and provide technical feedback. Report to Head of Department on a regular basis regarding progress, design, quality, resources, changes, site issues, planning issues etc.
