EMPLOYMENT STATUS
Full time regular, based in Kuwait Country - Alahmadi city.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES
Develops, implements and coordinates policies and programs covering several of the following: recruiting, training, employee and labor relations, and personnel research.
Counsels managers on HR policies, procedures and programs.
May handle more complex assignments.
Has supervisory responsibility.
May participate in cross-divisional HR teams.
Communicates HR related programs to managers and employees.
May have budgetary responsibility.
Handles special projects, as assigned.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
8+ years HR experience.
Master's Degree a plus.
May require certain professional certifications. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
Broad knowledge of several HR principles, practices, and procedures.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently with multiple people at many levels and work as part of a team.
Effective management skills.
