- Must be Fully Bilingual Arabic and English
- Experience in Personnel and HR Day to Day Operations
- Ability to Handle day to day departmental operations.
- Ability to work on sites when needed.
- Experience in all matters related to HR and Personnel administrative tasks and duties.
- Experience in Payroll Transactions.
- Aware of the New Kuwait Private Labor Law.
- Professional computer user and all Microsoft office applications.
- Ability to work under pressure and organize different tasks at the same time.
- Communicating with outside contacts when needed.
- Being present in meetings to take notes when needed,
- Following up on appointments and meeting dates, sending out emails and date management.
- Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports in order to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
- File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports. (Filing and Archiving)
- Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.
- Data Entry and Data Validation
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by executives, committees and boards of directors.
- Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, and/or presentation software when needed.
