About You:
We are currently looking for a HR Analyst to add value to the Business and provide support to the HR team in Kuwait.
Responsibilities include:-
* Regularly create reports regarding personnel changes, employee benefits and other HR activities
* Ensure that all company employees files are updated and compliant
* Being an active part of the on boarding process
* Assist with the daily administrative operations
* Advise employees and distributes information regarding benefits, compensation, polices
* Maintain confidential information according to company legal standards
* Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in written, establish and maintain effective working relationship with employees
