- To Review & evaluate technical specification, BOQ (Bill of quantity) and drawings to determine suitable vendors and suppliers.
- To prepare inquiry documents about commercial standards, technical specifications, BOQ and drawings as per client / Consultant requirements.
- To review & evaluate Supplier’s quotation and prepare Technical / Commercial Comparison Sheet
- Prepare technical evaluation report of bids, make recommendations for purchase, liaise with vendor, review and approve vendor data and carry out inspection of vendors and testing of equipment and packages as required.
- To Prepare and Issue Purchase Orders in accordance with selected Suppliers, Price, Technical Specifications
- To Analyze and evaluate all purchasing requisitions to ensure clarity and completeness in description of material and equipment
- To ensure timely delivery of equipments / Material to support site installation as per approved work programs and follow up.
- Should be able to handle multiple projects
- To have Knowledge of L/C
- Should have excellent negotiation / Communication skills to ensure that target prices & company terms / conditions are met
- Work closely with other Project team members to define, examine implications, and propose new facilities and/or facilities modifications to achieve project objective.
- Should be aware of ISO 9001
