Inspection Engineer
============
B.Sc. in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering.
8 years of work experience in a large refinery/petrochemical/ fertilizer industry out of which minimum 4 years should be in inspection of running plant of oil Refinery.
Inspection Engineer shall be capable to handle basic functions including, but not limited to the following:-
Inspects fired/unfired pressure equipment in Refinery, including steam rising plant, oil heaters, columns, vessels, heat exchangers, piping systems and storage tanks.
Calculates permissible working pressure of equipment and reports findings.
Prepares inspection work-lists for plant turnarounds and coordinates these functions with Engineering Maintenance, Operations and Consultant’s representatives.
Conversant with latest API, ASME, ANSI, ASTM, TEMA, NACE codes / standards.
Corrosion Engineer

Minimum qualification and experience requirements for Corrosion Engineer shall be as follows:
B.Sc. degree in Chemical, Metallurgical or Mechanical Engineering preferably with post-graduation or industrial training in Metallurgy.
8 years of work experience in a large refinery/petrochemical/ fertilizer industry out of which minimum 4 years should be in inspection of running plant of oil Refinery.
Corrosion Engineer shall be capable to handle basic functions including, but not limited to the following:-
Studies, monitors and reports on environmental conditions in the Refinery that cause the deterioration of metal by corrosion or a combination of corrosion and other adverse factor and recommends solutions.
Coordinates corrosion control activities with Operations, Maintenance /Engineering and Consultants representatives.
Shall be conversant with latest API, ASME, ANSI, ASTM, TEMA, NACE codes / standards.
Project Manager
===========
Mechanical or Electrical Engineer with minimum of 15 years’ experience in NDT services & advanced inspection services, holding necessary certificates like ASNT, API. 5 years’ experience as Project Manager position for NDT / Inspection services and Manpower Supply with a well-known company (PMP certification will be an advantage), preferably an international organization. Level II in RT, PT, MT, UT (preferably Level III). Experience in TOFD & Phased Array will be an advantage.Very well experienced with Tube Testing (ECT), different ultrasonic technologies, reporting, analyzing & recommending preventive & corrective action points.
Well conversant with project P&L, cost control, staff management, recruitment& mobilization, application of HSEQ policies, interaction with client to fulfil their requirements,
Computer Operator
============
English speaking experienced Computer Operator having at least:
Graduate Degree in Science OR Diploma in Engineering
Diploma Certification in Computer Application
Five (5) years’ experience as Computer Operator in technical offices.
Computer Operator served for KNPC more than 08 years may be considered as Computer Operator (A) based on performance.
Computer Operator served for KNPC between 0-08 year
