The role:
The Delivery Manager is responsible for leading and delivering fully functional products out of the offshore product development center, working very closely with the Kuwait product development and delivery streams to plan, execute and deliver the products.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Extensive experience in people management, project management and software release management.- Experience in working with tools such as JIRA and MS Project.and SVN- Extensive experience in agile development and preferably Scrum Master certified.- Extensive experience in manual and automated software testing, quality assurance, performance testing and monitoring. Exposure to web based/ online testing.- Experience in continuous integration using tools such as Atlassian Bamboo and Hudson.- Experience in developing and implementing online documentation wikis and manuals.- Good understanding of JAVA and Oracle technologies. And PHP / web based Technologies- 9-12 years' of solid software development experience including managing multiple product delivery streams.- Experienced in similar role on enterprise product(s) delivery.
