Responsible to deploy, secure and maintain the data center hardware, operating system and communications infrastructure which includes Business Applications, Databases, servers, security & storage systems, network equipment, for all countries that Kout Food Group operates.
- To ensure projects are completed on time and within the budget guidelines as directed by CIO and meeting up regularly to determine Information systems, network architecture strategies and standards are up to date.
- Provide a logical model of the IT Infrastructure by identifying, controlling, maintaining and verifying all versions of all Configuration Items (e.g. item of hardware, item of software, document, user, location) in existence within the business
- Taking a holistic view of changes to the Kout Food Group IT infrastructure, ensuring that all aspects of a release, both technical and non-technical, are considered together to consistently improve the group infrastructure by implementing policies and procedures which are agreed with the management based on the ITIL best practice policies.
- Ensuring that standardized methods and procedures are used for efficient and prompt handling of all Changes, in order to minimize the impact of any related Incidents upon service
- To ensure proper documentation is prepared for all the services and procedures inside the data center which would ensure smooth operation of the data center and decrease the possibility of individuals becoming single point of failure in the IT infrastructure.
