The Role:
The Admin Assistant will report, and give support, to the Line Manager in order to achieve brand objectives.
Within this role you will:
* Respond to phone calls and address customers' concerns professionally.
* Take full responsibility for dealing with customer complaints and queries.
* Schedule home deliveries for customers.
* Communicate with the store and the operations team.
* Escalate issues to the management and ensure that all the issues are resolved within the given time frame.
* Must be able to prepare and update daily reports and KPI's for the management.
