Reporting to the Country Leader, the ideal candidate will be responsible for sales and customer development of Commercial Customers, Industrial Users, End Users and Consulting Engineers for the assigned sales territory and account list by providing customer value through technical and commercial expertise as well as engineering knowledge.
The Candidate should be enthusiastic to
- Achieve assigned sales and customer development quota(s) through focus on Commercial Customer acquisition and development
- Perform according to company strategy in terms of customer channels, product mix and selling level(s)
- Encourage customer growth and loyalty through continuous support and customer assistance
- Develop and implement business and account sales
- Perform day to day selling activities i.e. identifying sales opportunities, organizing, proposals, asking for and acquiring orders
- Co-ordinate between processes to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Keep customer data base updated
- Report sales territory performances on a quarterly basis
- Keep updated on product changes
