• Deploying, configuring and managing the networking equipment used throughout the Company
• Configuring and maintaining network equipment.
• Configuring tests and maintaining LAN/WAN equipments and related services
• Identifying, diagnosing and resolving network problems
• Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for all implemented networks
• Assisting with any proposals and solutions presentations
• Effective maintenance and problem resolution, operating system patches and software upgrades and routine hardware configuration
• Monitoring system performance and implement performance tuning
• Effectively managing and controlling the entire IT infrastructure support functions and any partial outsourced personnel’s activities which are related to the infrastructure domain
• Developing and monitoring support statistical information for identifying and improving on IT infrastructure support strategies
• Monitoring the performance of all networking equipment and services
• Developing and consistently performing to internal/external customers satisfaction in terms of event support
