1. To manage the specified operation of one or more manufacturing workshops.
2. To organize, set up and optimize production, while observing specifications
3. To execute production through pre-set norms and effective resource management
4. Analyze the project file/drawings sent by the Engineering and Design personnel
5. Participate in defining the objectives (cost, quality, and timelines), methods and means (raw materials, human resources, etc…)
6. Allocation, management, and control of manpower & resources as per job requirements
7. Plan the activities of the group as per schedule (daily, weekly, monthly, etc…)
8. Monitor operations on a daily basis and supervise technical personnel, from the workers to the team leaders
9. May be required to manage maintenance tasks
10. Planning for and arrangement of necessary materials, resources, and tools required for the job
11. Conduct quality checks within each designated stage during production before submission for inspection
12. In charge of developing processes to measure and further workshop productivity (equipment performance, team efficiency, resource management
