• Reading & understanding drawings.
• Implementing plans and direction of site management.
• Supervision of construction works.
• Preparation of daily progress reports.
• Coordination with subcontractors and other disciplines.
• Follow up with suppliers / sub-contractors.
• Report directly to the site construction manager.
• Preparation of daily activities and analyzing / improving site methodology of execution.

• Follow up project schedules.
• Directing the foreman / general foreman for proper achievement and fulfillment of the tasks.
• Control of site production rates and distribution of resources.
