Responsibilities:
- Maximizes all opportunities in the process of closing a sale.
- Sells consecutively and makes recommendations to prospect clients of the solutions the company offers to their business issues.
- Monitors and follows up the Sales Team daily orders, target & achievements.
- Demonstrates technical selling skills and product knowledge in all areas that allows giving effective proposal presentations that identify prospects business opportunities.
- Attend meetings with potential clients and with Sales Representatives
- Develops a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, face to face cold calling on business owners, direct mail, email, and networking.
- Monitoring new staff during their probation period and advising the Human Resources about their Sales performance.
- Maintains accurate reports and records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities within their assigned territory.
- Responsible for sourcing and developing client relationships and referrals.
- Assists in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed.
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
- Identify and resolve client concerns and complaints.
