• Handling service calls, in coordination with the Service Manager
• Issuing service notifications and updating service report data in log.
• Requisition, issue, and dispatch of spare part for service cases
• Prepare and monitor Purchase Order.
• Updating and issuing parts prices and replacement/missing part information.
• Requisition of payment transfers/credit notes to service partners and vendors.
• Maintaining of safety stock of spares, review of stock level and order points.
• Service Quotations, in coordination with the Service Manager
• Distribution of Modification Notes and Service Documentation.
• Maintaining service contracts and agreements.
• Maintaining service training records.
• Preparing quarterly reports for service department.
• Co-ordinate with the foreign and local suppliers with regards to the orders and shipments
• Correspond with the customer inquiries related to after-sales-service.
• Co-ordinate clearing team for the clearing issues such as Kuwait custom related approvals for clearance.
