1- Achieve sales targets set for training programs and services.
2- Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs, and to explain how these needs could be met.
3- Negotiate prices, terms of sales and service agreements.
4- Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and services.
5- Maintain customer records and prepare sales reports
6- Conduct analysis for customers’ needs based on knowledge of service features.
7- Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts
