• Generate MIS / Balance sheet and profit and loss statements, conduct Statutory Audit & handling accounts team.
• MIS Preparation
• To analyze the budget variances
• To ensure adequate insurance of all properties and stocks.
• To handle Auditors / Banks.
• To review all debtors and creditors.
• To initiate and develop systems.
• To ensure day-to-day smooth administrative functioning of the department.
• To get the full potential out of Accountants and Sr. Accountants.
• Payroll Validation.
• Payment Verification.
• Correspondence with Oracle Team in Dubai solving ERP issues.
