• Experience in executing mechanical contracting jobs for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. (HVAC, Plumping, Fire Fighting, etc..)
• Managerial skills and proven ability to lead a unit or department in the mechanical field.
• Providing leadership, guidance, and supervision to other engineers and technicians
• Providing project management and planning
• Manage resources and expenses to achieve contract completion within budget and time frame
• Valuation of contracts, interim, payments, variations and claims
• Prepare engineering calculations and evaluating technical specifications.
• Perform coordination between various engineering services and trends.
• Preparation and analysis of bids for medium and large scale projects
• Able to perform value engineering to save on execution of work and provide cost effective solutions to the project teams
• Providing alternative engineering options and cost analysis
• Monitoring and controlling project costs to meet set budget
• Prepare detailed and accurate shop drawings for all types of mechanical works required at the construction site.
• Obtain all required governmental approvals and license
• Ability to prepare detailed and professional designs for all mechanical services including HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Pumps, etc..
• Ensure customer satisfaction and improve Company’s revenue
