Senior Engineer / Project Manager - National Aviation Services (NAS)

JOB SUMMARY: This position is responsible for the complete project management life cycle for internal and external projects, including; collecting requirements, site surveys, proposal/tender preparation, market research, following up with technical team on design and execution, communication, project reporting and customer relationship management.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Adhere to and perform IT PMO governance and reporting activities.
2. Convert business requirements needs into IT specifications.
3. Perform site surveys, market research and evaluate alternative business/ technology solutions.
4. Review and build design documents, analysis and administrative documents.
5. Manage the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple projects
6. Manage scope and mitigate risk across projects
7. Seek and capitalize on technical opportunities to increase customer satisfaction.
8. Work closely with developers, administrators, IT support and end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction.
9. Deliver projects in accordance to business needs, time, cost, and quality requirements.
10. Ensure compliance to Data Management and Security standards, policies and guidelines
11. Effectively communicate regular and up-to-date performance reports on the delivery of projects
12. Provide the necessary services to ensure that support related activities are performed within time and with user satisfaction.
13. Coordinate with suppliers, technical and admin team the handover of implemented solutions to Operations / customers.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• 5 years well-rounded experience in various areas of . Projects
• Sound technical experience in IT
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT-related domain
• PMP Certification is a plus
• ITIL Certification is a plus
