Main Duties:
Provide assistance to the Training and Education Officer in all daily activities.
Assisting in the training needs analysis (TNA) for the whole company.
Assisting in initiating/ developing of the yearly training plan
Communicating with internal and external training providers.
Maintaining the accurate database at all time
Updating the training and development system on the HRIS Portal with all training activities.
Communicating with the trainees and the instructors for scheduling and arrangements of training sessions
Assisting in the evaluation of the training delivered.
Building a strong database of all governmental and non-governmental training bodies.
Assisting in the delivery of the orientation program for the new hires.
Assisting in the completion of each employee personnel file
Scheduling meetings for the CHRO with internal and external training providers and others.
