A new International Head Hunting and specialist recruitment company looking for enthusiastic recruitment experts to partner with our company.
Duties: recruitment and selection of qualified candidates, scan all applications. Arrange and conduct interviews. Send out offer or decline letter and request relevant documentation.
Inform employees of training and start dates. Continuous contact up to date of appointment.
Essential requirements: over 3 years full-time experience. Over one to two years recruitment and selection experience.
Proven competence in academic leadership. Proven people management skills.
Educated to degree level. Computer literate.
This position will be based in Kuwait - Qatar and UAE. The contract will commence on 1st August with opportunities for international travel for the right person.
