Speech therapists are responsible for assessing speech deficits, recommending programs to target deficits, meeting with lead and case managers for agreement on targets, activation of all necessary speech programs and development of a speech IEP. All speech therapists will undergo ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) training's and must follow ABA guidelines and protocols. Speech therapists will be scheduled weekly sessions with children to run specific speech targets and will provide speech training for other instructors as needed. The successful applicant will need to have good spoken Arabic and English.
