Job Purpose:
Sales & Marketing for assigned suppliers in food supplement & vitamins products
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Product development: Launching new products and following up until it takes a lead position at retail thus achieving overall market leader position.
2. Keeping the retailer and practitioner well informed by providing technical articles and studies about the products and their indications, side effects & contradictions.
3. Maintaining company’s high image, high work ethics, superior product knowledge, and familiarity with various procedures, handling complaints professionally, taking responsibility and answering to various queries knowledgeably.
4. Know all the competitive products inside-out starting with composition, packaging, prices and offers & how own product compares to others.
5. Accurate reporting of visits, customer’s feedback, concerns, competition and other market issues to Division Head / Department Head.
6. Initiative at analyzing market issues and proposing corrective solutions & measures for discussion and approval of Division Head.
7. Ensure to increase profit based on the agreed sales target.
8. Continuously searching for new opportunities in the market to develop and grow the business.
Selling Functions include:
• New product introduction
• Follow up on existing products used
• Full product line selling
