• Assist in interviewing and selecting employees
• Assist in preparing contracts and sending offer packages.
• Manage and develop direct reporting staff.
• Update job descriptions regularly to reflect any significant changes in job responsibilities; develop new job descriptions in coordination with concerned department heads in the event of creation of new positions.
• Maintain all personnel files and employee records.
• Administering payroll and maintaining records relating to staff
• Obtain and process training requirements from all departments and ensure that effective training and development programs are delivered to employees.
• Prepare training calendars and programmes for employees by keeping track of local and international training institutes / courses.
• Assist in the yearly performance appraisals, promotions and other personnel related activities.
• Maintain and control all documents related to the law, salary statements and policies etc
• Carry out regular checks on performance reviews to ensure quality and consistency
• To manage and facilitate employee disputes
• To administer disciplinary and dismissal procedures
