The role is responsible for sourcing service providers and tendering services as well negotiating terms and conditions with service providers in order to get best quality service at the best possible price and at the right time. This role has also the overall responsibility of Service Contracts and Franchise Agreements administration.
-To ensure compliance with Franchise Agreements’ terms and conditions and follows up on related changes, adjustments, MOUs, and documenting/recording all such changes, agreements, amendments and follow up on renewal dates
-To ensure commercial contracts are drafted, reviewed, negotiated, updated, renewed and/or signed in line with company’s best interests and in accordance with its policies and procedures
-To ensure that factory sales are covered by proper sales contracts and terms and conditions in line with company objectives and interests
-To develop and negotiate terms and conditions sheet with suppliers, service providers and customers
-To research and source qualified and competent service providers, suppliers and vendors that meet company specifications and requirements
