- Executes the Channel / customer business plan for his/her area
- Build and maintain business relationship with customer’s decision makers.
- Guide, lead and motivate team of sales representative to achieve their business objectives.
- Focus and work with team of sales representative to open new customers.
- Route planning for sales representatives
- Ensuring account receivables are collected on time. Be aware of customer’s financial health to prevent bad debts.
- Working with sales representatives to collect overdue amounts
- Working closely with sales coordinators to ensure high customer service levels
- Promptly address customer complaints
- Ensuring products are sold according to price list
- Responsible for achieving sales target for the entire segment
- Timely and regular market related feedback on (Competition, Promotions/Sales Trend)
- Providing training to field staff and ensure the development plans are implemented
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
