• Successful candidate will deputize for the President in all academic and related matters, coordinating all activities at local, national and international levels that contribute to the College’s strategic direction. He/she will also oversee the academic activities of the faculties, as well as other independent academic units, including both the appointment of academic staff and the oversight of those aspects of the College’s assurance systems designed to underpin and guarantee the high quality of the College’s teaching and Research.
• Candidate provides dynamic and strategic campus leadership for the quality and integrity of all of the College's academic degree programs, assessing student learning outcomes, developing high quality faculty, providing academic support services, and overseeing constituent units that include the library, advising, academic support services, student life, registrar, institutional effectiveness, international studies and career counseling. Substantial involvement in the campus community is essential.
• The Vice President for Academic Affairs will have an earned doctorate with progressively responsible administrative experience in senior administrative and academic positions; and college-level teaching experience.
