PURPOSE:
To handle all sales activities inside the outlets and assist the operations’ manager in achieving the Sales budget & margin, controlling shrinkage & operating costs, planning and monitoring of inventory management and ensuring finest customer service at all times.
To adhere to merchandising guidelines and maintain store standards at all times, process customer orders quickly and efficiently and ensure effective communication among Stores, Head Office and Customers
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Guarantee the Store is well maintained over the long term
2. Keep the sales area full, the store well arranged and clean permanently
3. Know, analyze and react to customers survey to reinforce company’s image
4. Provide the best service for our customers
5. Guarantee implementation of merchandising guidelines inside the stores
6. Adapt sales mix to increase the merchandise rotation
7. Coordinate and ensure promotional aspect of the merchandise in the store
8. Achieve the Budget and react to any variances
9. Monitor and exercise control on shrink and disposal to a minimum level
10. Ensure stock value do not exceed budgeted limit
11. Ensure the accuracy of the Store results
