To lead and develop store operations to meet the Steering Wheel targets. I continually improve store operations to deliver the best for Customers, People and Operations to achieve profitable growth
I spend:
80% of my time on the shop floor coaching staff to deliver a great customer service
20% of my time planning for the year and contributing to change in strategy
I know I’ve done a great job if:
• I achieve all Key Performance Indicators across my store
• I deliver continuous improvement that is measured across
the Steering Wheel
• I consistently deliver excellent store standards
• I achieve a green light for all safe and legal audits
• I implement the Business Plan activities via the change plan
and I sustain them as core activity work
• The 500 top lines are in stock every hour of every day
• I proactively escalate issues to the office and my manager
• I have improved the capability of my team by coaching and
training them to deliver store routines
• My store's Engagement Survey results improve through my
leadership
